3. Account Registration
To use plan-it.guru you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Be at least 18 years of age

5. Affiliate Marketing Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your affiliate marketing activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials, CAN-SPAM Act requirements, and the terms of service of any affiliate networks or programs you participate in.
6. Subscription and Payment
plan-it.guru offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
7. Intellectual Property
The plan-it.guru platform, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Vital Sales Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of all content and data you upload or create within the platform. By using the platform you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Third-Party Links and Tools
plan-it.guru contains links to third-party websites and tools. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites and are not responsible for any third-party content, products, or services. Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission if you make a purchase.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
plan-it.guru is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no guarantees regarding income, results, or the performance of any affiliate programs or tools recommended on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital Sales Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of plan-it.guru. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vital Sales Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at dave.v@vitalsalessolutions.com.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of plan-it.guru after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
